Weighing Room
Product overview
The weighing room, also known as negative pressure room, dispensing booth, sampling room, is a dedicated local decontamination unit that conforms to the latest version of GMP for the production of sterile formulation, widely used in pharmaceutical, biological research and scientific experiment etc.
Reasonable air distribution
It provides a vertical one-way air flow, 80%-90% of clean air is circulated in the work area, 10%-20 % discharge to generate negative pressure in the work area, prevent dust from overflowing, and prevent cross-contamination, which is used to ensure a high cleanliness environment in the work area.
Flexible air supply
Uniform air flow supply clean vertical unidirectional airflow, creat a virtuous circle of air recirculation, automatically controlled by the intelligent PLC system, constent keeping 0.45m/s air flow.
Good sealing
Weighing room provides a self-circulating negative pressure clean microenvironment and a negative pressure operating area without leakage. Effectively remove harmful dust or infectious virus from production or biological operations.
